WDMESC: Principal Job Alike



Principals will gather for a collaborative job-alike session designed to provide timely updates, strengthen shared understanding of statewide expectations, and deepen leadership practice. These meetings create space for leaders to problem-solve real campus challenges together, refine essential skills, and apply structures that support effective school operations. Participants will engage in focused discussions, exchange strategies with colleagues, and practice the leadership moves most critical to their role. Each session reinforces clarity, consistency, and continuous improvement across campuses.

Children will not be allowed in professional development sessions facilitated at the Wilbur D. Mills Education Service Cooperative or in the building where the sessions are located. Attendees with children will be asked to leave.
