WDMESC: GT Coordinator Meeting
Wilbur D. Mills GT Coordinator meetings are designed to reflect a professional learning community (PLC) approach, emphasizing collaboration, sharing of best practices, and current research in gifted education. These sessions offer opportunities to align on common student activities and assessments, exchange
curriculum
and instructional tools, and stay informed with updates from the ADE DESE Office of Gifted and Talented and Advanced Placement (OGTAP). Guest speakers and field experts will also be invited throughout the year to support and enrich the work.
Important Session Information:
Children will not be allowed in professional development sessions facilitated at the Wilbur D. Mills Education Service Cooperative or in the building where the sessions are located. Attendees with children will be asked to leave.
