WDMESC – Annual Title 1C Arkansas State Conference (Education of Migratory Children)
Following the Yellow Brick Road to Student Success!
Attendees will learn the regulations and guidelines for identifying and recruiting eligible children and youth, as well as providing services through the Title I, Part C Education Program. Along the way, participants will strengthen the knowledge, heart, and courage needed to support migratory children and families across Arkansas.
Training will include identifying eligible families, recruiting students, completing the Certificate of Eligibility (COE), and providing and properly documenting essential services for our highly mobile population. Together, we will explore best practices, resources, and strategies that help guide migratory children and youth along the Yellow Brick Road to educational success.
Training is required for all district and cooperative staff funded through Title I, Part C (Education of Migratory Children).
