DSC SPED Fall Finance Training



See You in September Back to School Training: 

This session provides a comprehensive overview of the key fiscal requirements and compliance responsibilities that Local Education Agencies (LEAs) encounter throughout the fiscal year. Participants will explore critical funding and compliance topics, gain a deeper understanding of essential fiscal processes, and learn how to leverage data sources to effectively monitor expenditures, ensure compliance, and support informed decision-making at the district level.

Topics include:

Maintenance of Effort (MOE)
Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CCEIS)
Private School Proportionate Share (PSPS)
Allowability of Expenditures
High-Cost Occurrence Reimbursement
This training is designed for special education administrators, finance staff, federal programs personnel, and other district leaders responsible for fiscal oversight and compliance of special education programs.
