Elementary Principal/Counselor Site Visit: Building MTSS for Behavior from the Ground UP
Join Arch Ford in Collaboration with the Russellville School District for this unique opportunity! Center Valley Elementary is in its second year of implementing a trauma-invested, neuro-aligned, multi-tiered behavior support system. Participants will tour the building, hear from principal Megan Strain and counselor Courtney Gunter about their journey over the past two years, observe a behavior team meeting in progress, and debrief with Principal Strain afterward. If you are looking to see quality tier one behavior supports in action and learn how a strong behavior support team can support tier two and tier three interventions, this day is for you! Space is limited to 14 principals/counselors.
