WCSD-Novice Teacher Monthly Support Session



  • This session is for all Watson Chapel SD teachers/certified staff with three years' experience or less. This session will cover creating an environment for learning to include establishing routines and procedures for students, building relationships with students, and managing student behavior. TESS Domain 2 will be addressed including: 2a) Creating an environment of respect and rapport; 2b) Establishing a culture for learning; 2c) Managing classroom procedures; 2d) Managing student behavior; and 2e) Organizing Physical Space.
