NWAESC(2095)-*MENTORING* Navigating the Second Year of Teaching



For mentors or novices. This session provides time to reflect, refine, and strengthen classroom management practices. Participants will identify what’s working, pinpoint areas for improvement, and tighten up their classroom management plan with practical next steps. The session will also include a wellness check-in and a collaborative round-table discussion to share successes, challenges, and strategies with colleagues.This session was planned using the pacing and structure in the 2026-27 DESE Mentoring Manual Appendix B.
