ARESC-Hearts and Minds
Our goal is to bring together teachers, administrators, counselors, and other support staff to discuss everything behavior. This collaborative time will provide an opportunity to share ideas, discuss strategies and interventions that have been successful, and learn from one another's experiences. During these meetings, we may discuss: Effective strategies, interventions, and supports that are working Current behavioral challenges and concerns affecting students Helpful outside resources and community supports Ideas and best practices from other schools and staff members Presentations and guest speakers on topics related to student behavior and rising behavioral concerns We try to create a supportive network where staff can collaborate, problem-solve, share resources, and gain practical tools that can be used to better support students.
