NWAESC(2095)-*MENTORING* Navigating the First Year of Teaching



For mentors or novices. This session will focus on strengthening classroom management, specifically on positive interactions and fluent corrections, as well as teacher resiliency skills and professionalism. This session was planned using the pacing and structure in the 2026-27 DESE Mentoring Manual Appendix B.
