This Job Alike brings together district-level human capital representatives to collaborate, share effective practices, and address current challenges related to attracting, developing, supporting, and retaining educators and staff. Sessions will focus on timely topics, state and DESE initiatives, human capital strategies, and issues impacting district staffing and workforce development.
Participants will have opportunities to share resources, discuss common challenges, learn from one another, and identify practical strategies that can be adapted to meet the needs of their districts. Participants are also encouraged to propose agenda items based on current needs, concerns, or emerging priorities.
