McREL Teacher Evaluation

The McREL Teacher Evaluation System is designed to encourage professional growth and to serve as the foundation for conversations between teachers and evaluators.  This training is for teachers who are new to districts using the McREL Teacher Evaluation System.  Topics that will be addressed include: professional teaching standards and rubrics, artifact management, processes and timelines, goal setting, and access to the online evaluation system.
