Whole-Brain Teaching Strategies for Challenging Kids Book Study

This 2-day workshop is for you if you need some fresh ideas on how to reach students with challenging behaviors!  We will be studying the book, “Whole Brain Teaching for Challenging Kids” by Chris Biffle, which is based on scientific research that students learn best when they are engaged in lessons that involve seeing, hearing, doing, speaking, and feeling.  This highly engaging and fun workshop will leave you feeling refreshed with new ideas you can begin implementing immediately with your class at any age level.  You will receive a copy of the book “Whole Brain Teaching for Challenging Kids” which will give you a new outlook on classroom management practices.

Whether you are a new teacher looking for some strong classroom management ideas or a veteran teacher feeling worn out by challenging behaviors, this workshop is perfect for you to feel re-energized!  You will leave with a set of detailed instructions for teaching challenging kids. “If a student’s whole brain is involved in learning, there isn’t any mental area left over for challenging behavior.”  Chris Biffle
