These KESA technical assistance meetings are designed to help your district/school leadership team implement your KESA plans and prepare for your Annual Summary Report and your OVT Visit.  We will focus on developing measurable goals, selecting powerful strategies, using quality data effectively to monitor and adjust your KESA plan, and how to put in place structures to ensure that your staff and other stakeholders are engaged in the process. This year, many of you will be working towards your Year 5 OVT Visit and Accreditation Review, we will be addressing the ARC (Accreditation Review Council) rubric and the key techniques for preparing for your Annual Summary Report and for your OVT visit. As well as, the similar reports for those of you in Years 1-4. Each session, there will be time to network and learn from others. Mornings will include the formal presentation, technical assistance, and networking. Afternoons are optional and available for your district/school team to meet and get additional support as needed.
