The academy will provide five, half-day sessions and has been designed to support new building administrators, principals and assistant principals, by providing leadership skills training and personalized coaching.
The coach will assist the administrator through the Ohio Principal Evaluation System and will customize support based on identified needs specific to your role. The coaching component will be delivered through a blended model of face-to-face and electronic communications. In addition, administrators will have the opportunity to network with other beginning administrators during the face-to-face leadership development sessions.
Sessions will be from 8:00-11:00 to be considerate of your busy schedules

October 5, 2017: Building a Data-Driven Culture
November 2, 2017: Meeting the Needs of ALL Students. Challenges/Successes
January 10, 2018: Leading Impactful and Successful Change
February 15, 2018: Building Collaboration and High Trust. End of year feedback/evaluation
