Information:
Through the Trauma-Informed Looking Glass,
Part 3: Embedding Trauma-Informed Practices into a Strategic Plan/CCIP
Have you experienced initiative overload? Do you want to focus on trauma, while also making sure not to overwhelm your faculty and staff with too many plans? In this network PD session, participants join teams from other schools. We will adopt a “trauma-informed lens,” using it to be strategic in terms of future planning. How can we fold various initiatives and programs into a comprehensive plan that is also trauma-sensitive with regards to overall processes, procedures, and even instruction? Collaborate with our cohort as certified trauma practitioners provide a road map for strategic plans.
"You put a good person in a bad system, the system will win every time." Mike Schmoker.
Fee: $1250.00 (includes school/district team of an administrator and five additional members.)
If the team would like to register for the entire series, please contact Becky Leming (513.674.4259 or becky.leming@hcesc.org) for discounted pricing and registration.
