Women in Leadership

- Audience:  Women Leaders or Aspiring Leaders




  • Connect women administrators with high-level women leaders from a variety of careers to hear their journey as a woman in the workplace (perseverance, challenges, strategies for success, etc.).
  • Create a network of women education administrators (providing a contact list of participants).
  • Nurture and empower women by increasing their confidence as they capitalize on and enhance their leadership capabilities.
  • Provide tips for successful leadership and advancement (advancing leadership skills).
  • Facilitate discussion and collectively react to issues that frequently impact women in the workplace.

Important Session Information:


As a woman in a leadership role, you are empowered.  Your voice matters.  Your ideas matter.  You thrive on magnifying the strengths and talents of others; in fact, its one of your favorite strategies.  Have you discovered your talents and leveraged them as strengths?  Understanding yourself will make you a better leader.  Meghan Lawson and Amy Spicher invite you to join this year's Women in Leadership series and unleash your talent!
