Important Session Information:

Far too little attention has been paid to the role that assistant principals have in the development of high performing schools. Today's assistant principals need to be highly effective instructional leaders, innovative thinkers, and agile problem solvers who can respond to a myriad of daily issues and challenges.

Leading from the Middle provides specific, practical and replicable leadership strategies for today's assistant principals. In addition, the content has been designed to better prepare assistant principals as they transition into the position of principal.
