  • Understand the OTES 2.0 Framework.
  • Explore the OTES 2.0 Rubric language and indicators.
  • Understand the criteria to determine HQSD and it's appropriate use.

Important Session Information:


This two-hour session will introduce teachers to the OTES 2.0 Framework including the holistic and focused observations. Participants will take a "deeper dive" into the OTES Rubric to examine language and indicators and understand the requirements and use of High Quality Student Data.
