Introduce to the essential content of mentoring to prepare them to support the instructional growth and development of Resident Educators.

Understand the responsibilities and role of the mentor.

Important Session Information:

This Virtual Mentor Training Academy is a blended learning experience and includes self-guided, asynchronous work in the Ohio Department of Education’s Learning Management System coupled with two (2) synchronous meetings via Zoom (links below). To successfully complete this training academy, you must attend the synchronous meetings via Zoom from 4:00-6:00 PM (April 11, 18, and 25) and provide evidence of your engagement with the online content by making submission of your Virtual Mentor Academy Journal.
