Franklin Covey Conference (Dr. Cynthia Cox)

Undertand and apply core leadership framework. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of Covey's Four Disciplines of Execution and the Four essential roles of leaders and will explore how these frameworks drive strategic focus, engagement, and organizational results.
Develop execution strategies aligned to organizational goals.
Learn to identify widely important goals, leverage lead measures, and create cadence through school boards and accountability rhythms to translate strategic objectives into measurable actions.
Strengthen leadership capacity to inspire and execute. Through practical application and reflective exercises participants will strengthen their ability to model personal effectiveness, build trust, coach potential, and drive team performance aligned with the four essential roles.

This is a two-day workshop with focus on leadership roles and systems to facilitate change.
