Classroom Management Reimagined: PART 2- Growth & Enhancement of New Practices

- Audience:  Teachers, General Education, Special Education, Intervention Specialists, Administrators




  • Identify and apply trauma-informed practices that strengthen student relationships and resilience.
  • Incorporate structured teaching components (visual supports, schedules, clear routines) to increase student independence and reduce challenging behavior.
  • Implement evidence-based classroom management strategies to maximize learning opportunities for all students.
  • Design proactive classroom systems that balance structure, flexibility, and responsiveness to diverse learner needs.
  • Leave with ready-to-use tools and strategies to create safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environments.

Important Session Information:


** PART TWO: This is a second session that builds from the October 2025 PD Session.**

This professional development session will focus on follow up coaching and support of learned practical strategies to create inclusive, supportive, and well-managed classrooms from both a mental wellness and behavioral lenses.

Participants will further explore trauma-informed practices that promote emotional safety, structured teaching components that build predictability and independence, and evidence-based strategies that foster positive behavior and engagement.

The focus will be on taking learnings and strategies from the fall PD session and determine how to grow and expand these practices and ensure sustainability.
