ESC Region 12, in cooperation with ESC Region 4, is offering School Bus Driver Re-Certification as an online course. Once you have followed the guidelines and completed the course, your school bus driver certificate will be issued by mail from ESC Region 12.

This course consists of eight (8) modules which must be completed in order beginning with Module 1. You will have 7 calendar days to complete this course once your payment has been processed and you receive your confirmation email that the course is open. Once you complete Module 8 of this online course you will need to print the Certificate of Completion and provide that to your test proctor. You will have 7 calendar days after completing this course to successfully pass the in-person, written test with an approved testing proctor for your recertification to be valid.
Before beginning this course make sure you log onto our Professional Development Page from a computer with Windows 10 or newer and with a high-speed internet connection. (The course is not compatible with a Mac, Chromebook, tablet or any mobile device.) Also, pop up blockers must be disabled and search history needs to be cleared.

Once registered, you may access the course through your Region 4 account. Sign in to your account, and click on "Play My Online Sessions" under "My Account" options. Click the "Play" button to open the course.
