USDA Foods for Schools Ordering for Success Training Program
PS 1100, 2400, 2500





This course will provide fundamental knowledge in the USDA Food Distribution Program for Schools. Participants will review the foundational elements of successfully operating the USDA Foods program including the DoD Fresh Program, forecasting to successfully order USDA Foods, and utilizing USDA’s Web-Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) system for managing entitlement and placing requisitions. Participants will also obtain best practices for tracking and monitoring the usage of USDA Foods and the importance of USDA Reconciliation auditing.

Participants must attend the entire training session to receive professional standards credit for the class. Late arrival or early departure may result in forfeiture of training credit.
