This 3 day training is intended for instructional leaders and administrators who are eager to grow and skills and strategies  to build teacher capacity and sustain a positive campus culture which  leads to positive student outcomes. All three days in person attendance is required. Session starts promptly at 8:30 am each day. Participants encouraged to be in training location by 8:15 am. Goals:

• Develop the skills necessary for campus leaders to build and sustain positive, collaborative campus cultures focused on improving instruction and student performance.

• Provide practical and relevant examples from the field with a balance of research to allow instructional leaders to engage in the difficult decisions and challenges faced by the 21st-century school leader.
