is for the Child and Adult Care Program (CACFP) Contracting Entities (CEs) to receive their training requirements. This event is virtual to meet the needs of those CEs who prefer online training. At INSPO
Lite
, CEs will be given a choice of various topics to enhance and find new inspiration for program compliance.
Important Session Information:
At the end of this training, participants will be able to:
• recall at least four changes to the updated infant meal pattern charts,
• summarize at least two requirements for serving breast milk and infant formula based on
the updated meal pattern,
• state three strategies that support infants and their developmental readiness for solid foods, and
• identify at least four new requirements for serving more nutritious solid foods to infants.
