your peers who are doing it, whether you need to start one or improve what you
have. Bring your secondary department chairs, appraisal
staff, and other stakeholders needed to make this work, as well as Transition
Services staff. If we all hear the same thing, then we are on the same page
with the same vision. It is the only way to begin a continuous improvement
model for 18+ programming for adult students with disabilities. Session materials and costs are partially funded through state and federal programs.
