Charter Success Series: Ethical Practices in School Nutrition Programs (Charter/Private/RCCI)
PS 3200/3300

Ethical violations in the workplace are a serious matter.  School Nutrition Professionals who are responsible for the purchasing and decision-making for the program must practice exemplary ethical practices.  For school nutrition professionals, unethical actions can be cause for termination and loss of funding for the Federal School Nutrition Program and could even result in legal consequences.  This class will explore some of the ethical issues that School Nutrition Professionals face, and provide “Best Practices” for responding to different workplace scenarios.  This session is intended for Child Nutrition Directors and/or Coordinators.
