CACFP Culinary Bootcamp (Session 2)





CACFP Culinary Bootcamp Series provides a hands on experience with instruction from Urban Chef and Region 4 Specialists.  Session 2 will continue with knife skills and provide experience with cooking methods for preparing produce, such as roasting, steaming and sauteing.  Participants will learn to identify and cook with whole grains and add flavor with less sodium.

Important Session Information:



This session is intended for CACFP contracting entities. A CE identification number is required at class sign in. This session is limited to no more than 3 participants per contracting entity. Session is held at Urban Chef, 3651 Weslayan, Suite 204, Houston.
