Presidents, Executive Power, and the Constitution





TeachingAmericanHistory.org presents this session about the Constitutional and legal authority of the president and within the executive branch, and how these have been applied and evolved over time. Teachers will be provided with a packet of primary documents and will engage in a Socratic discussion, facilitated by a scholar. This program includes content relevant to both middle and high school American History, Government, and Civics teachers.
