Induction Support Program for New Administrators-Option #1
Southeast Cohort - Brazosport ISD





Participate in a one-year academy cohort designed to meet the requirements of TAC 241.25 for first-time campus administrators.  Participants choosing training option #1 will participate in a mentor/new administrator orientation session, four cohort training sessions, and customized coaching sessions for educational leaders.  Participants will also choose a 2-day specialized training session of his/her choice to additionally support the first-year administrator in his/her new leadership role.  [TAC 241.15-SBEC Standards: (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h)]
