This session was designed to provide an update to the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) original 2 day training that was provided during summer 2014. Participants in this session will review updated T-TESS materials, Chapter 150 requirements, best practice recommendations and have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the previous and currently offered training models.
Additionally, time will be spent reviewing the Teach for Texas portal, the T-TESS Teacher Orientation training materials, and the Goal Setting and Professional Development Plan process, so leaders are ready to successfully lead these important efforts with campus teachers.
