Experience targeted, engaging classroom-ready materials designed to narrow academic gaps related to concepts that pose obstacles for students. These activities may be used during the final weeks leading up to state assessments or used to differentiate Tier I instruction. Activities follow the 5E Instructional Model to facilitate learning for a broad range of students including English Language Learners and students at risk of missing mastery of target grade 8 expectations. Each participant will receive a copy of the Closing the Distance: Grade 8 Mathematics.
