Ethics for Licensed Specialists in School Psychology
Ethical Decision Making in the School Setting





Examine ethical situations that commonly occur for individuals providing psychological services in the school setting. This session will review relevant rules of practice, ethical standards, and legal implications.  Session and materials costs are partially funded through state or federal grants.

NOTE: Due to TSBEP regulations, this session will close 15 minutes after the start.

Additional Session Description: In this workshop, participants will discuss common ethical dilemmas in the school setting faced by LSSPs. Participants will review various sources such as FERPA, NASP Ethical Standards, and IDEA to determine the appropriate course of action. The workshop is interactive and participants are encouraged to ask questions.
