Operational Basics for At-Risk Centers and Non-Profits (CACFP)





This class is for private, non-profit sponsors and independent centers who operate the At-Risk program within the Child and Adult Care Food Program. This class will help Contracting Entities understand how to operate the At-Risk program. The course provides an in depth look at meal pattern and recordkeeping requirements, counting and claiming, and monitoring sites.
