The Universal School Function Tool for School-based Therapy Practice





Join us for this session on the Universal School Function Tool (USFT) for physical therapists and occupational therapists. Explore the USFT continuum: screener, evaluation, progress note, function checklist, annual performance summary, and discharge. Learn how this tool is being used in school therapy services and in your practice. This session is open to all pediatric therapists providing services to school age children.

The first 60 participants to register will receive a binder of USFT forms!

Learning outcomes:

At the end of this session, therapists will be able to:

1. List three functional areas in which the USFT can used to collect data.

2. Compare the use of the USFT as a screener and as a progress summary.

3. Name one way the USFT can be modified to adjust the form to meet therapy practice needs.
