K-5 Implementing the Independent Investigation Methods (IIM) for 21st Century Learners

Take the frustration out of research projects in the K-5 classroom by implementing the Independent Investigation Method (IIM) for 21st Century Learners. Power into research with the Independent Investigation Method, an innovative 7-step process for instruction and cross-curricular skills. You will have the opportunity to explore the connections to the Texas Performance Standards Project. Participants will leave with a IIM Teaching Research Skills K-5 Manual, and a plan for immediate implementation in the K-5 classroom to support inquiry-driven engagement.
