AGC National Presenters’ Series

The Access to the General Curriculum (AGC) National Presenters’ Series offers participants a unique opportunity to hear some of the leading national experts in education for diverse learners.  Participants will receive information on innovative strategies to support accessibility and proficiency for all learners inclusive of students with disabilities. The trainings support the Texas Teacher Standards and the Domains within the Texas Teacher Evaluation Support System (TTESS).  Join us for this unique and exciting opportunity.

Dr. David Sousa, an international consultant in educational neuroscience and author of 15 books that suggest ways that educators and parents can translate current brain research into strategies for improving learning, will present two sessions, "Reading and the Brain Including Implications for Dyslexia" on December 12th, and "How the Special Needs Brain Learns Including the Effects of Trauma on Learning" on December 13th. Please join us for these two exciting sessions by a cutting edge thought leader in educational neuroscience.
