LEAs will have the opportunity to discuss current issues and events while networking, collaborating, and cultivating new learning. With a focus on helping leaders and educators better serve English language learners (ELLs), LEAs will highlight critical topics relating to the implementation of effective programs and discuss research-based strategies that promote English acquisition, as well as biliteracy and bilingualism.
