TAIS - Root Cause Analysis
Required: DCSI and principal of 1st year IR campuses (2nd year IR campuses see comments)

This session is designed for campuses working with a set of problem statements to be addressed in the targeted improvement plan as a result of the data analysis process. Campus or district teams will conduct a root cause analysis to determine why newly identified problems are occurring and/or a root cause analysis reflection to determine why persistent problems still exist.
Important Session Information:
The DCSI and principal of a 2nd year IR campus with TAIS experience may conduct the Systemic Root Cause Analysis locally. Please contact Angel Lozano (angel.lozano@esc4.net) for the information. If assistance with this process is needed, then participants are encouraged to attend.
