The U.S. Department of Education has provided Texas with a
letter requesting corrective action related to special education in the State.
The State has produced an initial draft report in response to this letter, and is seeking extensive public comment.
Participants in this meeting will have an opportunity for representative and
inclusive stakeholder feedback critical to the Texas Education Agency (TEA). In
this meeting, TEA is targeting input from district and charter staff.
