This training details the responsibilities that Title III-funded local educational agencies have in providing equitable services to eligible PNP school's English language learners (ELLs), their teachers, and other educational personnel. The training was created to assist LEAs with the process to plan, design, implement, and evaluate their program and services provided to PNP school's ELLs. Rules, regulations, and compliance requirements related to Title III, Part A services for PNP schools will be reviewed.
