A Smorgasboard of Kindergarten Classroom Strategies for all Learners

Easy to implement and FUN classroom proven best practices will be shared on this inspiring day of learning. Greg Smedley Warren, from The Kindergarten Smorgasboard, will provide you with new strategies, ideas, tips and tricks for your reading and math instruction. Throughout the day he will be incorporating the TKS Bootcamp supplemental curriculum for introducing multiple skills: Letters/Sounds, Numbers/Counting, Word Families and more. Additionally you will learn a literacy routine to incorporate shared reading, fluency, phonics, phonemic awareness in whole group and small group activities. Lastly, you'll be shown how to implement a balanced math approach for implementing number talks, number fluency within whole and small group math instruction.
