Postsecondary Goals, Annual Goals, and Assessments for Transition (Low Incidence Disabilities)



Review the basics of creating transition plans that are based on relevant transition assessment with a specifc focus on students with moderate to significant disabilties. Learn how to develop measurable postsecondary goals and annual IEP goals that are in alignment. Session and material costs are partially funded through state and federal grants.
