Autism and Depression: Strategies to Support Individuals on the Autism Spectrum





Join this session to learn more about autism and how this population is affected by depression. Participants will receive information about 1) factors that affect the emotional well-being of individuals with autism, 2) how depressive symptoms manifest as behavior, 3) how to assess depression in individuals with autism, and 4) strategies to support individuals on the autism spectrum who experience depression. Materials and session costs are partially funded through state and federal grants.
