Campuses that participate in an Essential Action Lever Support bundle of training will begin with a one day basic introductory package that includes the following:

A half day training on Change Management. Participants will explore, practice and refine skills necessary to lead change by learning change management research and strategies. Campus teams will then have the opportunity to develop a change management plan related to an essential action focus area.
