How do you coach within a PLC in a way that builds collaboration and collective teacher efficacy while keeping the focus on eliminating disproportionality in student outcomes? Explore the connections between collaboration for student learning and collective teacher efficacy. Apply these connections to strengthen coaching within a PLC. Embedded practice and reflection prepares coaches for seamless integration into virtual and face-to-face settings.
