CACFP Meal Service Academy (Online)
One day intensive workshop where participants will gather knowledge and practice on the CACFP meal pattern. This will encompass menu planning, purchasing, documentation, meal preparation and family style meal service. Participants will be able to plan a menu with an emphasis on multicultural recipes and whole grains and leave with the knowledge and tools to train and implement practices at sites.
