CACFP Planning Nutritious Meals and Snacks (Online)





Participants will learn the basic building blocks for nutrition and identify the best sources of key vitamins and minerals for planning nutritious menus. CACFP meal pattern requirements will be used to plan cycle menus to assist with program operations.
