Paraprofessional Training (Online)
Performance Assessment for School Leaders





This two-day training offers the skills, instructional strategies, and activities necessary to prepare paraprofessionals to meet the needs of students in the classroom.  It will assist paraprofessionals in refining their job skills so they can work more effectively with teachers and students.  The training will include ways paraprofessionals can assist in reading, writing, and math instruction.  An assessment, which measures the participant's skills and knowledge in reading, writing, and math, is also included.  Additionally, the assessment measures their ability to apply those skills and knowledge when assisting with classroom instruction.  This session was designed to satisfy the continuing federal requirements for paraprofessionals.
