Using an Asset-Based Lens to Guide Decision-Making





When considering student needs, it's easy to slip into focusing on gaps. When we focus on gaps, our discourse often keeps us locked into a deficit paradigm.  How do we shift to an asset-based lens? How do we consider how our systems may impede acceleration efforts? Dr. Gloria Ladson-Billings will guide us through strategies that push students past achievement and toward success.
